Re: Tredz....grrrr
If I recall correctly, your employer is actually the owner of the bike. Do Tredz really want to go up against them?

Re: UK politics
It our local hustings tonight. The Labour candidate and the Lib Dem candidate have confirmed. The Tory shit hasn’t (it’s Anthony Browne, the racist and homophobic former BoJo aide). I suggested he be empty chaired or ‘iced’ if he doesn’t show.... but the Clerk was trying to suggest we’d have to canc...

Re: Food stories
I am not being obtuse, but none of those questions seem to be be "what is the diet?" or "what can I eat on ourpath?" I clicked a couple of questions, and they didn't answer that. The NHS link to it is no more help. https://www.nhs.uk/apps-library/ourpath/ What's your nutritional advice? The nutriti...

Re: Food stories
😂 The meal does not fall into any diet I know of. It's cheesy potatoes. Not low carb, not paleo, not keto, not Mediterranean. Is there a high starch, high cheese, low micronutrients diet? (I can't find any description of the ourpath diet) There’s a link to the Our Path Diet in my post. http://www.o...

Re: Food stories
I think we have to take into account that dietary advice is changing - particularly in relation to fat. I'm doing the ' Our Path ' diet. It's essentially a low bard, high(er) fat diet that's approved by the NHS. Cheese and other dairy plays a big part in the diet, along with other healthy fats/oils.

Re: UK politics
Both main parties are living in a fiscal fantasy world, though we all knew that anyway. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-2019-50585818 Although one does have to take into account IFS' ideological approach/baggage and that its views are not always consistent with other independent think tanks... ...

Re: UK politics
The organisations website hasn't been updated since early summer, literally the only online references to it are to this letter, and applying a bit of basic linguistic analysis to their advisory board has interesting results. And it's a Gmail address... The organisation appears to be to mainstream ...

Re: UK politics
Call me an old cynic, but I wonder whether yesterday's intervention was a pre-emptive strike as the Tories got wind this was going to happen?

Re: UK politics
I can't find any reference to that letter anywhere. Is it legit? The organisation certainly exists... and they're an interesting bunch of mainly very orthodox Jews. I used to live round the corner from one one of their main synagogues in London. You often see their members protesting at various eve...
