I've signed up for these people's emails, seems like a good idea for those of us in some doubt about who best to vote for in the European election. https://www.remainvoter.com/
Maybe have a look at this site, which I linked to earlier? I've signed up for their emails which will update as the situation changes.

This blog post seems genuine and is alarming. Farage's Brexit Party security guys sound very reminiscent of Mosley's in the 1930s. Except perhaps that in the 1930s the behaviour of Mosley's bodyguards led to a reduction in public support for him?

Nah. They always thought he was a bit suspect.

Is this a young Farage with the leader of the NF in the seventies? One person on twitter is suggesting it is, but I'm hesitant as I'd have expected it to be picked up a lot more....

It would be more conclusive if he were doing the frog mouth thing.

It's a very clear photo. Surely some nerd can apply AIFR to it, and give us a definitive answer.

Edit: Or just google it. 2016: Farage’s fascist past? Nigel boasted about his NF initials and sang ‘gas them all’, claims schoolfriend

Your usual reminder that many many political heroes turn out to have pasts you'd rather not acknowledge.

I can't see that story because of the blocker but if it's the same as the one I found the pic from it doesn't actually say that it's Farage.

I wanted to find your article, so I google "farage national front", This was one of the first results. It's an article claiming Farage was in the NF from 3 years ago. It's only illustrated with recent photos, not the one shared here. The two together are compelling. But ratios on the face do not change with aging. A facial recognition specialist can probably confirm or rule out it was him. As indeed could a school friend, if they can be trusted..

Given that Gove is blown by any passing breeze, that comes as no surprise.

Leave.EU founder confirms he funded Nigel Farage in year after referendum https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-48315552
So he did not declare it because he was leaving politics. As he didnt leave politics, that’s a bit irrelevant isn’t it? Typical Farage forward planning, shit. he can’t even foresee his own future never mind the country’s.
