This says it all about U.K. politics currently...
This just one example of numerous attacks on Corbyn, by those claiming to represent the view of U.K. Jews, following the leaders debate.
You have literally posted that a minority group complaining about a perceived slight "says it all about British politics". Have a look at yourself.
What is wrong with British politics is that our next Prime Minister will either be a completely untrustworthy centralising populist control freak with no grasp of detail, a manifesto riddled with wild uncosted promises and inconstencies, a cavalier and uncontrolled and a hopelessly optimistic promise about how he will get Brexit done, or will be Boris Johnson. Your man is extremely lucky that he's up against the worst PM of the modern age. And Johnson is even luckier that he's up against someone with almost as few positive qualities as a potential leader as him. And both of them are extraordinarily lucky that they're running in a dysfunctional electoral system which rewards divisiveness and extremism.
British politics is a fucking shitshow. Without exception, every party running (and I include the one @regulator was elected to represent, not just the one he advocates loudly) will get far more votes than they deserve.

Gove goes for the direct racism approach...
His Colombian marching powder ingestion is obviously very disinhibiting.

And Daniel Hannan doubles down:

What the betting this letter gets ignored by the mainstream media?
And I think I'm slightly in love with Alexandra Phillips:

The organisation certainly exists... and they're an interesting bunch of mainly very orthodox Jews. I used to live round the corner from one one of their main synagogues in London. You often see their members protesting at various events.
I can't see any reason to question the letter. They've sent letters to Corbyn and other politicians before.

The organisations website hasn't been updated since early summer, literally the only online references to it are to this letter, and applying a bit of basic linguistic analysis to their advisory board has interesting results. And it's a Gmail address...
The organisation appears to be to mainstream Judaism as the free socialist Calvinist brethren are to mainstream Christianity. Whereas the chief rabbi is more like the Archbishop of Canterbury or Westminster.
While it's not exactly surprising Skwakbox, the Canary and various credulous followers have leapt on it I wouldn't rate it as an especially important intervention without rather more evidence.

No - he's not. The Chief Rabbi represents about 20% of British Jews at most.
