It is true that Trump has an old tweet for every occasion.

It appears he was refering to the reported killing of the leader of IS, something that would have happened despite Trump, not because of him.

This afternoon Trump had a tweet fart and sent out the message "...."

He got 33k likes which gives away how many bots are supporting him. His faithful reply bots scrambled to make out he was sending out a secret code that they all understood
