Re: Your Ride Today
It's been dry all morning in this part of the world (10 miles from each). You should be (have been) fine - although as routes go Hemel to Watford doesn't sound like the most fun to have on a bike. Re: Vaping in public spaces?
Yes, it's bad enough walking down the street and getting a cloud of strawberry steam in your face, but on a bus or train it would be hideous. It's anti-social, as is eating smelly food on public transport, putting your feet on the seats, and listening to loud music, and none of those things are bein...

Re: Your Ride Today
I have been cycling in Staffordshire this week at the CTC Birthday Rides, which has been fun. Heading home today on a complicated series of trains, which includes having to ride between Hemel Hempstead and Watford Junction due to weekend engineering works. Hopefully the rain will gave stopped by the...

Maybe give it a while without them? At the moment I am still automatically looking for the like button, but I'm sure I'll get over it.

Re: Your Ride Today
Half a mile to the station, then five hours of trains, then three and a half miles from Stone to Yarnfield for a week's cycling at the CTC Birthday Rides. Hoping it won't rain every single day ...

Re: So, what do we think of the forum software?

Re: Your Ride Today
I pottered about the streets of London with a bunch of friends, looking at little streets and alleys. Despite the gloomy forecasts we only had the occasional spot of rain to contend with, and lunch/late breakfast at The View Tube was grand.

Your Ride Today
Well, not today obvs, because the weather is horrible. At least it is here - torrential showers and high winds. But any other day - where have you been and how was it?
