Life has been pretty s**t for a while now and I have been drinking too often, not heavy just too often, so this is for my physical and mental health.

Yesterday morning I found a patch of ice, didn't know it was there until I ended up on the floor! Landed on my left side, shoulder, arm, hip and back are stiff, ribs are really painfull, great-time off work and I can't enjoy it due to the pain. Ah well...others have things a lot worse.

I have a fab advent calendar this year, behind each door is a classical composer, so far I have had Mozart, Bach and Schubert, can't open today's door-no handel.

I didn't click on it but someone did try to hack my fb account, my account was immediately blocked so had to reset my password. Could just have been someone with a similar email address, just seems a bit coincidental.

So it wasn't you in that video? Phew...I can look you in the eye again.
