I've just booked a long weekend (5-8 April) in Jerez. It's an area of Andalucia I'm not overly familiar with.
We arrive mid-morning on the Friday, and the plan is to spend the rest of the Friday and Saturday in and around Jerez, then hop on train to Cadiz for the day on the Sunday.
Obviously, the Alcazar, the cathedral and a bodega or two are on the itinerary for Jerez - and someone has suggested the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Arts, but we're not really horsey people.
Has anyone been and got any 'must see/do' suggestions?
Things to do in Jerez
Re: Things to do in Jerez
I’ve never been but I see that the Torygraph says it’s a must do city break. So prepare yourself for a week among the Gammons.

Also recommended by Gaurdian, so you can look forward to chardonnay socialists. Or should that be sherry socialists?
