A quick shout out for Bushgear (www.bushgear.co.uk). I ordered myself a new Barmah hat but delivery was delayed by 24 hours. I got an email apologising for the delay and saying there'd be a freebie in my order.

My order arrived today and the freebie turned out to be a titanium StrikeFire spork - worth £10.95. Given that my order was £60 and the delay was only 24 hours, I think that's an extraordinarily generous gesture.

I had a somewhat over indulgent weekend with the coven... and it shows on the scales this morning. But I’m still over a stone off in the last two weeks.

High Street was fine. Drunks kept to themselves within the confines of pubs (that would not have happened if England had won).

The worst things were 2 bright pink piles of Pimms vomit, so not too bad considering.
