I had overnight oats this morning, with milled flaxseed and chia seed mixed in. Topped with blueberries and cherries (thanks the Lord for frozen fruit). :P
Dunckle doesn't like blueberries or cherries so not much else to choose from, what do chia seeds add?

I have to eat something in the morning, cannot start the day without. The working week is usually a mug of tea with cereal and milk thrown in a bowl, not capeable of doing much else first thing.
That's the joy of overnight oats. Just mix it in a bowl the day before, and in the morning, get it out of fridge and grab a spoon. Or leave the spoon you mixed it with in the bowl, saving a step.

This afternoon the office got angry, dummies were strewn across the floor and at 1 point 2 guys were arguing and it got personal and nasty. On my way home a van driver decided not to wait at the red light and kept edging forward so cars were squeezing past him, honking their horns, flashing lights and gesturing at him. It was a relief to get home.

That's it. Sit back. Close your eyes. And breathe. In. And. Out. In. And. Out. In. And. Out. When you are ready, slowly open your eyes and stretch.

(I hate those days. I getting personal and nasty in the office? Ugh, what do you even say to each other tomorrow?)

I was not in the greatest mood yesterday, as our coffee maker died (after having spent the last month playing up). :'(

But then Jon came home with one of these in the boot of his car:

a Jura Impressa XJ9. He'd managed to find a barely used one on eBay.

I am a happy bunny once again! ;D

Our coffee machine was a wedding present.

We have been married 24 3/4 years.

They haven't spoken since. Apparently the 2 have clashed before and 1 of them wanted to 'take it outside'. One of the engineers is an arrogant belle*d who thinks he is above everyone else and makes things difficult for others by being petty.

Ok, really annoyed. Yesterday I received 2 private messages from 2 different ladies regarding my questions about the area we live and work in, didn't respond because we went out so didn't have time, today I cannot find them-maybe because I didn't respond the messages were removed or something?????
