How does one embed tweets on here?

...but how does one embed a tweet on here if one was so inclined? An explanation for a luddite would be appreciated.

Retweets without explanation are a bit annoying, because on some devices they are either completely absent or too small to read, and so the allegedly crucial point the poster is trying to make is entirely lost.
