Seriously BBC? How about a separate article for the horses, or better still, none at all?
Being held up in traffic around Birmingham for 20 minutes must happen daily. Does the BBC report every time normal peak hour traffic holds up vets?
If we think the dead horses are a tragedy, the solution is to classify vet's cars as emergency vehicles, no blame a cycle race. I think doing so would be a bad idea.
