Alfine hub click

Anyone any good with these? I got a spoke replaced a couple of weeks ago and since refitting the wheel there's a click coming from the hub. It's inconsistent but when it's there it seems to be following revolutions. It's defintely the hub because when I pedal it backwards it happens as well.
Any ideas?
