I've had our first bunch of commissioners asking us to confirm that we have contingency plans in place for Brexit...

I was tempted to tell them 'No- we've just been sitting here twiddling our thumbs' but these particular commissioners are so dim they'd probably take that statement at face value.

They may have mistaken you for a Brexit Secretary.

Now Gove is worried that if there is a second referendum there might be " no brexit at all" So he thinks 'the will of the people' has changed, therefor MPs shouldn't ask the people again just in case.

I don't think he is smart enough to spot the huge disconnect in his arguement.

The democratic will of the people of the people must be respected, not rechecked.

.....although Wimpers did send me this picture of him coming back from the bread shop this morning. He may be old but he's got a boy's complexion (notice he's still wearing shorts even in December)

They're not shorts, they're bibs. And is that a 6 foot baguette?

(glad this has veered, I was wondering if I was going to have to introduce rules about elder abuse)
