And because of the excitement about Field's stupidity, nobody has bothered to report that Philip Hammond spent a chunk of the evening pointing out what we all know - that the promises of the idiots, one of whom is going to be our next PM, are built on sand.
And no-one bothered to report on Hammond's claim that the Greenpeace protest was unnecessary "because the UK government was leading the world on its commitment to a zero carbon economy" - and point out that claim was complete bollocks.

Tory fraudster shit loses seat after constituents have enough...

This could be interesting, given the leadership process.

The nasty party.....I've just been reading Brian Leveson's interview for the BBC. The criminal justice system is about to collapse because of the Tory cuts over the past years. How long before the electorate see them for what they are....vandals.

Ho ho ho.

I think @greg might have been having a little joke, to which I disdained to respond.

I expect it's because you're disinterested.

Maybe we can get a list of the senior Tories who didn't attack women last night?

Police called to loud altercation at Boris Johnson's home

I can't wait for someone to ask Boris what the naughtiest thing he's ever done was

A neighbour told the Guardian they heard a woman screaming followed by “slamming and banging”. At one point Symonds could be heard telling Johnson to “get off me” and “get out of my flat”.

Symonds is heard saying Johnson had ruined a sofa with red wine: “You just don’t care for anything because you’re spoilt. You have no care for money or anything.”

The neighbour said: “There was a smashing sound of what sounded like plates. There was a couple of very loud screams that I’m certain were Carrie and she was shouting to ‘get out’ a lot. She was saying ‘get out of my flat’ and he was saying no.

Even assuming that the US admin is telling the truth, WTF is this about? This looks like a screenshot from Dr Strangelove or Fail Safe. Why was the US approaching Iran so closely? It's like they are trolling Iran ... Which they are.

If you haven't seen both films ... I want to advise you to watch both of them. But now I am wondering if you will ever sleep again afterwards.

😴 😱 🤯

Meanwhile in Brighton a poor man has had his faith in crisps destroyed.

Sorry, perhaps this should be in a different thread, but it is what passes for news around here.

I think it's stealth marketing....
The bag normally includes 18 bags of Bacon Rashers, Cheese Puffs and Monster Claws and costs £1.29.

WTF are Monster Claws? I mean, I know about pickled onion Monster Munch, but clearly the world of snacks has moved on.

I assume they are Aldi's versions of monster munch.

Though I've never had either, so I'm no authority.

I like pickled onion flavour monster munch but Dunckle doesn't, he won't kiss me if I have eaten some.
