Password didn't work, but eventually I found the change password link (it's not obvious!)

There's also a pre-mod option ticked on the secret squirrel forum.

There seems to be a stiff limit on the size of uploaded photos. Might be worth an investigation.

The control panels are arcane. The user CP is complicated, but until you see the Admin and Moderator ones, you have no idea.
