Quicker than that, I think. I just looked at it was around 3,600/sec (I think they may have beefed up the servers). I think they will get there later today.
I still haven't got an email.

I've looked there
Nothing from parliament, but apparently my account has been hacked dozens of times and I am going to have to send $$$$ in bitcoin so they don't send video of me "having fun on certain websites" to all my contacts.
Bummer.

Re: Bollocks to Brexit
How does anyone else see the risk that, if the petition and march are too compelling, the loonier end of the Tory party might be prompted to go with The Deal, rather than risk everything in holding out for No Deal? After all, once it is a done deal, they can continue to push their hard line agenda over time.

Haven't one or two of them already said as much? The question is would there be enough of them.

My concern is that May will go with no deal as her second preference.LowlifeDes wrote: ↑5 years agoHow does anyone else see the risk that, if the petition and march are too compelling, the loonier end of the Tory party might be prompted to go with The Deal, rather than risk everything in holding out for No Deal? Email just arrived. Took 6 & 1/2 hours. That suggests that the 1.3 million doesn't include anyone who has signed it in the last 6 hours

And that could be in the order of another 1.5m if the figures of 50-100 per second I saw earlier were indicative across the whole period.

Re: Bollocks to Brexit
I just checked the headers (I told you I was a nerd) and it took 5 1/2 hours. So we can't really say anything. The backlog may have cleared since 6.30 and many of the 1.3 million may be people like me, who have been waiting for the confirmation.
Edit 1.41M! And 79%

1.48. I appears to be going up in chunks. Far faster and more erratic than it would be if it was live. Somethings going on in the background.
