I'd cover it in hoisin sauce (because that's my goto for meat)
Let us how it works out. Pictures - as long as it doesn't look like a school dinner. Though I've never had one of those either.
They were seared before the went in. An hour in the pressure cooker gave you a beautiful rich meat that dropped off the bone.
No pictures I’m afraid... *burp*

Fascinating, but the population of Tokyo isn't 38 million.
Am I missing something?
Edit.: Yes I am. Urban sprawl.

No work today. I think this afternoon we will go and watch The Favourite, then have a meal in town before settling in with front row tickets for an evening with Olafur Arnalds.
I am stupidly excited.

Re: Meanwhile...
Google decided to tell me about this:
That's an amazing image of an amazing athlete.
For the record, she's a 21 year old AFLW athlete. I didn't know there was such a thing (Australian Football League Women's (aka Aussie rules)). The posture mimics what the great male heroes do in that sport, and the tiny shorts are an important part of AFL. Apparently this image got so many trolls commenting on it that she (Tayla Harris) described what they said as sexual assault, and the company that published the image decided the right response was to remove the photo.
I can't weigh into the details as she was was 1 when I left Australia, and - though women played Aussie rules - I wasn't aware of a league.
Nothing deep to say: just a photo of an great athlete, who handled trolls well - by reposting the image on her own account, when corporations let her down.

If you think twitter is bad, try Youtube, there is no end of clips of female gymnasts and ice skaters in super slow motion and zoomed in, put up by and for the titilation of one handed internet surfers. Further, never search youtube for 'pokies'.
* if you are wondering how I know, I searched for Katelyn Ohashi when I heard she scored perfect marks for her floor exercise. For weeks after I had these videos offered to me by the youtube AI thinking I would be interested. I had to spend days clicking on fatal crashes and films of executions to get the soft porn off my feed.

Re: Meanwhile...
The original image was posted to Facebook, which is where the trolling occurred. I chose to share the twitter image she shared, as the best way to allow her to control her image.
Omigod! She's amazing! I managed to go straight to the right video, and the world became a better place. Her insouciance, her joy and her doing things a human can't do.
I actually prepared a post about her, but couldn't get the language right.
But in case someone doesn't know what I am talking about....

Now, why I came here.
New Zealand has banned automatic weapons in 5 days. I marched for gun control in Australia, so I know it took longer than that.
And.... three alarm fire.... Robert Mueller has submitted his report. Once it gets through the plagiarism tests, I assume we can all read it.

Just having another cup of coffee before I jump in the shower. Planning on catching the 9.26 to London.
Mr R is making me smoked salmon and scrambled egg, to make sure I’m ready for the day.
