Those ones are still at the back of a cupboard somewhere.

There is apparently a 50 page document due today, that is supposed to provide the more specific, detailed guidance. It would have been sensible to use a moment in yesterday's address to point people towards it.

My colleague printed it out and read it, at work obviously, so that he could show superiority over everyone else.

It was 60 pages of self-congratulatory waffle and spin - with little in the way of clear and unambiguous guidance for the public. Several promises of further guidance ‘later this week’.

He could have just said, for now everything remains the same.

Heathrow boss urges plan to restart flights between low-risk countries

How does that affect Heathrow? We seem to be a higher risk country.

One of the guys at our place turned up for work this morning, after 2 hours he decided to inform the production manager that his son had tested positive for covid 19, what should he do? He was sent home immediately! Seriously some people really haven't got the hang of things.

Assuming his son lives with him, that's insane! Surely we are giving detailed directions of what to do to those diagnosed, and the people they live with?

The lad lives with his folks, everyone has been sent an official email outlining everything we need to know, he just isn't very bright.

Fucking Cummings. Johnson is not only being corrupt, but dumb - this one will run and run, and Starmer will make hay at the next PMQs.

I've just written a snotty note to my (Tory) MP. The last time I did that her assistant wrote back and told me she'd just been bereaved. I wonder what will happen this time?

I've written to our Liam. Last time I did I got an email straight back from his pa, at 11:30 pm, stating that he'd raise the issue I'd written about. He was either with her at this late hour or she was lying.

Johnson is lying, and patronising the country. This is a let them eat cake moment.

I've not seen him this flustered (telling over people) since the election group interviews.

But the journalists didn't press him as hard as they should. When he failed to answer the Barnard Castle question, the next journalist should have said "Prime Minister, I am am forgoing my planned question to repeat the question my colleague put but you failed to answer: did Cumnings visit Barnard Castle?" If every journo had done that, we'd have seen him really squirming.

Do we think Ian from the BBC was silenced deliberately?
