Does anyone think that this has been May's plan all along? To destroy brexit?
No, because she's destroyed herself along with it.

This would be Sydney Carton level of self sacrifice, and I don't believe she is capable of it.

Similarly those who think Cameron's plan all along was to bring on Brexit. Again, no. He wanted to be a great PM instead of eventually being buried in unsanctified ground, with flints and shards thrown at him.

That thought crossed my mind, but like all conspiricy theories it requires such a high level of planning, deviousness and constant vigilance that I end up plumping for the most likely explanation, simple incompetence.

I just don’t think the Government is competent enough to plan for that.

A leave campaigner interviewed outside Parliament by the BBC last night "We should have left Europe today, I have a magnum of Champagne in the fridge to celebrate".

Did she have a sweater tied around her neck? She did, didn't she?

Meanwhile, Bognor's leave-supporting protest attracted a magnificent total of eight people :-)

Oh dear, you shouldn't laugh, but;

“We only had eight people in total, not all at once."

And only planned the day before, it's like the 29th March came as a surprise to them.

They got the chance to express their anger though - local people reported a tiny squeaking noise.

Meanwhile one Brexiteer causes more travel chaos than 1 million (or even 300,000) remoaners.

The Guardian: Eurostar passengers stranded as trespasser with St George's flag halts trains.

I can't decide which side comes out ahead 😁

Does anyone think for a second, if his behaviour was identical, but he was carrying an Isis flag, that he would have still be charged only with obstructing the railway and causing a nuisance?

I saw a headline saying something like "soft Brexit will tear apart the Tory party" and suddenly I thought of this
